We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia. It's a fantastic city and hope to return someday. The apartment really lived up to expectations and was wonderful so comfortable really felt like a home. The was balcony is great and breakfasted out there enfamily as well as having relaxing glass of wine after our son was in bed.

Did more family things than perhaps other city break people as our son is only nearly 3. For families both the zoo is fantastic - my husband does't normally like them even thought it was great. Also the aquiraium is brilliant. The dolphin show was great fun for small kids and big kids alike.

Overall a wonderful holiday and great apartment. My dealings with you from start to finish have been very efficient.

Dear Mike

Please find enclosd the keys to your fabulous apartment in Valencia. We had a wonderful time there and loved the area - perfectly situated for the beach & port but allso great for getting to the old town, which we several evenings where we enjojoyed wonderful tapas. Valencia is defenitly somewhere we intend to visit again - hopefullly soon.

My family found the apartment absolutely perfect for our holiday. It is an excellent size with a terrace to relax on, the furniture is comfortable and the decor tasteful, and air-conditioning makes it all the more comfortable during those long hot days and nights. The water is hot and the showers are powerful. It is perfectly situated, whether you wish to spend time relaxing on the beach, exploring the City of Arts and Sciences and Turia gardens, or spending the day in the old city visiting the sites or museums and the metro and supermarkets are close and convenient.

Communication with Mike was fast and efficient from the moment we made initial contact. And the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I cannot recommend his apartment enough if you want a lovely place to stay and convenient access to all Valencia has to offer.

The apartment could not have worked out any better. It was truly a home away from home for all of us. Perfect accomadation for 4 people. Each day we would have breakfast at the apartment, go out for a busy day of sightseeing, have a big Tapas lunch somewhere, then relax at the apartment a night and prepare a home cooked meal. I won't hesitate to refer the apartment to anyone interested in travelling to Valencia.

Mike, all went really well at the apartment and we will definitely want to hire it again. All our Spanish friends also thought it was "WOW" so I am sure they will recommend it to their friends also. My mum LOVED it, just LOVED it! Location was great, facilities great, well equipped, Very clean, parking was fine across the road behind the main road, air con was fast and effective quickly so not required for long, terrace was BRILLIANT especially since the monthly family cycle day passed by on the Sunday morning (my husband is a keen cyclist) so that was great to see. The Consum supermarket is VERY well stocked and had everything we needed but it is CLOSED on Sundays as are most shops in Valencia so next time we will stock up before the Sunday.

Valencia itself is great - Gulliver park on the dry riverbed was superb fun for our wee girl, the beach is massive, clean & water shallow for quite a distance out - great! And the city is beautiful - Oceanographic is worth a visit - the dolphin show is great. We'll be back!!.

We had a great time at your apartment! It really is SO nice,- spacious, comfortable. We enjoyed eating in, as we had such busy days - kitchen facilities were great! Loved that big fridge, etc.

The weather was not good, so we went out all day, & relaxed in the evening. We ate extremely well, from supplies bought at the Consum supermarket! What a fish selection! I can see us going again, at a different time of year!

We had a really nice and relaxing stay in Valencia. The apartment is very comfortable with plenty of light,  nice size, too. Also, it was nice to have the terrace big enough. The access to " Avenue del Puerto" by car is also very easy, even with some traffic jams - not that big... In fact, we used our car every day and there was no problem to find a parking place in the evenings on the small streets behind Av. Puerto.

The town itself we found very interesting as well, especially the very modern "City of Arts ads Sciences"; beautiful on the day light and beautiful on the night light !!!  The museum of Science is really good - on the contrary, we found the museum of BeauArts kind of boring and sad....f.ex. 

Museum of "Fallers" was not bad at all...and, we had some good food, nice Cava wine....The weather stayed sunny and warm ... All together, we had a nice, enjoyable stay in Valencia !!

We had a great time in this Valencia apartment.  It's very conveniently placed, just a short walk from the metro station with a direct link to downtown and the airport, and the apartment itself is lovely - very well presented, with high-quality furnishings and fittings.  Since it's on the 6th floor, it's completely quiet - you could easily be in the country - and we hope to stay here again soon.

The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and well appointed. The large balcony for eating out was a bonus, particularly as the weather was warm and sunny, despite it being November. It is conveniently located for public transport to all the sights in central Valencia and to the City of Arts and Sciences. It is also only a short walk to the port and then a pleasant stroll along the esplanade to Malvarossa. The owner and his agents in Valencia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. We had a great week and would not hesitate to recommend the apartment and Valencia to all our family and friends.
P.S. Do try the cake shop right next door!!

This was our first time in Valencia and we were definitely impressed.  The city is great, with lots of great bars, restaurants and clubs to choose from, and local people who were very friendly and always pleased to help.  One of the things we liked most about Valencia is that it has, despite being one of the largest cities in Spain, a wonderful wide sandy beach which stretches as far as the eye can see.

The apartment itself was absolutely fantastic: good location, tasteful decor, great layout and excellent facilities.  Being on the 6th floor we were very glad of the lift with which we had no problems.  The apartment was very comfortable and had everything to make us feel at home.  We stayed in September so the weather wasn't at its hottest, but the air conditioning seemed to work very well which I imagine would be greatly appreciated at the height of summer.  The balcony was a very good size and was great for enjoying brunch in the sun!

Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Valencia to anyone as a place to visit, and in particular the Valencia Apartment as a place to stay.
